Every student served through Fluent Figures Tutoring Co. (FFTC) must be fully registered prior to attending any session. Please complete these forms as part of the registration process for each child. A one-time registration fee of $50 (reflects cash payment discount) is due at the time of registration. You may also pick up a full registration packet in our office, which includes details about our programs and academic support options.
